If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at sohab@viscositylabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return the bottle — keep it, give it away, or toss it.

To request a refund

2. Tell us briefly what didn't work (this is the most valuable feedback we can get)
3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method

This guarantee covers the cost of the product only. Shipping is free on all US orders, so there's nothing else to refund.
